Sloppy Crafting

Sloppy Craft, omg! 😅 this writing prompt is haunting me this week🫣! 🧶Starting to feel beginner’s luck has totally abandoned me. Now the real work begins.

I’m trying out wool this week, and I have had broken threads, continuously. And I think the dust from the wool is triggering my allergies. Is it possible that weavers have to have a synergy with a fibre too? 😆😂, no really🤔🤧. It doesn’t like me.

The upside I have learned how to repair broken 🪡threads. 🤓 and decided the scarf is now a sampler, so the opportunities to experiment are now welcome.

In the post photos, you will also see some past mistakes. Or were they new pattern blocks? 😇 Sloppy work or Wabi-sabi, yeah, not! I’m too much of a newbie to sell that idea. Are there yarn gods? Potters believe in kiln gods? 🙏🙏🙏
