Products (are printed on demand by a third party service in the USA or Europe) and are fulfilled within 2-5 business days 97.66% of the orders and are generally shipped within 7 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days or fewer.
Fulfillment time does not include shipping time, actual time in transit varies up to approximately 15 to 30 days depending on destination.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on shipment order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The purchaser is responsible for these fees, and any other fees that are required by the appropriate customs agency at import by the purchaser.
If applicable free Shipping Promotion is limited to USA and Canada, Additional charges apply to all other destinations. Some Products are packaged and shipped separately. We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Products that are delivered after the estimated delivery date.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the on-demand print facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Sales are final, once you have pressed “confirm” button, it may not be possible to edit or cancel your order. We will do our best to review your concerns, corrections or cancelations within 24 hours of placing your order.
We are not bound to make modifications to your order, but we will do our very best to review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
defective items claims
must be supported by photos of packaging and product and photos along with a written a request must be emailed to email@example.com within 48 hours after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all lost claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
